【猪肉馅饼】葱抓饼+气炸锅变出自制馅饼
(4个,1个约160大卡)
材料:
葱抓饼1片、
猪后腿瘦绞肉200g、
柚肉酱1大匙、
蒜粉/黑胡椒粒各1/8小匙
作法:
1.葱抓饼退冰软化后,用剪刀剪成4等份
2.将绞肉、柚肉酱、蒜粉及黑胡椒粒盆入盆中拌匀
3.将肉馅分成4份,取1份葱抓饼稍微拉开,舀入肉馅
4.用手将葱抓饼往内折起封好
5.气炸锅内铺张有洞的烘焙纸,馅饼收口朝下,排放在气炸锅中(我没芝麻,洒些奇亚籽装饰)
6.先以160度气炸15分钟,再转180度气炸5分钟上色
Tips:
1.馅饼气炸时会释出油汁,烘焙纸要戳洞让油汁沥出,以免影响底部口感
2.若无葱抓饼可用葱油饼,相同作法制作
3.若无气炸锅,可改以烤箱180烤25分
